After signing in no space shows up
You are signed in but hold no contract and no role in any space yet. The next step is joining one.
What you see
Signing in worked, but instead of your space's home screen you see You are not in a space yet with a field for a code.
Why
An account alone does not make you anybody's member. The app only shows a space once you hold a contract or a role there. You see the same state when your contract has ended or your contract has not been confirmed yet.
What you can do
- If you received an invitation by email, enter the code from the email. Or tap the button in the email and continue in the browser.
- If your space's page or poster shows a six-character space code, enter it. The app shows you the space and its plans.
- If you copied a link to your space, tap Paste. The app reads the clipboard only on that tap.
- If you already accepted the invitation with another account, for example in the browser with Apple, sign in to the app the same way. The same screen shows which account you are signed in with, for example Signed in with Apple, email address hidden. If it is the wrong one, tap Sign in with a different address.
- If you already concluded a contract, it is waiting for your space to confirm it. Access stays closed until then.
If that is not enough
Ask your space first. If the app does something wrong: report a problem.
