Plans & prices
A plan defines what a member pays and what is included. All prices are gross; the tax rate belongs to the space, not to the plan.
How to
- Create a planA plan decides what a day costs and what it includes. Every amount you enter is a gross price.AppWeb
- Change a priceA wrong price can be corrected, retroactively too. What has been billed stays, everything still open from the chosen month on is recalculated.AppWeb
- Create a credit cardA ten-visit card or a week pass is prepaid working days with an expiry date.AppWeb
- Plan a price changeA new price can apply from a future month. Until then the previous one applies. You decide whether it applies to everyone, to everyone who agrees, or to new members only.AppWeb
- Collect agreement to new pricesOn the Price list page you see who has not agreed to a new price yet, and you can remind them. Nobody is locked out.AppWeb
- Create an add-onA business address, a locker or storage space runs alongside the plan on the same invoice.AppWeb
- Set an individual priceYou only enter the amount. Selfdesk derives the variant from the plan the member currently holds.App
- Set the tax modeStandard taxation or the small-business rule. The rate belongs to your space and applies to desk, room and the base fee.AppWeb
When something does not work
- A member still pays the old priceUsually the agreement is missing, the price applies to new members only, its month has not started yet, or the invoice had already been issued.AppWeb
- A plan cannot be archivedA plan only goes out of circulation once no active contract points at it. For the last visible plan of a public space there is a second lock.AppWeb
What applies
- Prices come from the planEvery amount comes from the plan the contract points at, at the price of the billing month. The price snapshot is evidence, not a basis for arithmetic.AppWeb
- Prices are grossYou enter gross, it is stored gross, it is shown gross. The VAT rate belongs to the space, not to the plan.AppWeb
- Fixed-term prices expireA fixed-term price ends on the last day of a month. The successor contract is created with it so the membership does not end.AppWeb
